Project: Conversion of an existing warehouse into a new high specification film recording studio

Upon appointment as the M&E contractor, we worked with the client to deliver a full design and build project.

This included tailoring the installation to suit the client’s requirements and to deliver a high-quality installation to attract high end customers.

This was a new project for a long-standing client as they venture into a niche industry.

As a company we found this project to be both challenging and rewarding whilst catering to the many design changes during construction.

Upon completion, both ourselves and the client were amazed with the end results.
